I am excited to share that I gave a successful presentation at the Knot’s WedPro Cor in Chicago last month. My presentation titled, “Wowing” Your Clients from Onboarding to Off-Boarding, was given to a standing room only.

According to the Knot, I received a 90% rating for my presentation. Conference participants who attended my session noted that I provided them with a lot of good ideas.
