QUALITY. Do you provide a product or service that’s a higher quality to your competition?
SERVICE. Do you provide a service that is more customized or a “higher touch” than your competition?
SPEED. Can you deliver a product or service in a shorter turnaround time? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PRICE. Can you successfully offer your service or product at a price that’s less than what your competition charges (and still maintain your business)?
LOCATION. Location is everything! Exploit it.
OFFERING OPTIONS. Do you provide more options than your competition? Market this because there is a niche market that needs to know this.
