What You Should Share with Your Clients When Discussing the Cost of a Wedding Venue

Wedding Planners,

The next time you are talking finances and wedding venues with a couple, please keep in mind that the F&B minimum or the room rental is just a minimum spend or a point of entry. The actual menu prices can be so much more than that. And remember to include service charges (or labor charges) and taxes when you determine per person costs. Also, ask about ceremony fees, rental fees, cleaning fees, and cake cutting fees. AND remember to ask if you should add service charges and taxes to these fees too. Again, when you quote a venue price to a couple, you want to ensure that you include as much information as possible so they will have a true sense of their actual spend. 🦉♥️
